      I am trying my third browser to work with Webroot..

      It seems so slow -at least to me. Has anyone else experienced this today?

        I had to close my browser and reopen to get their login page to work this a.m. Working now on Opera.

            The Webroot console is generally slow for me and has been for months. I just put it down as one of those things.

                Are you referring to the console as well? I know we've had some issues with growth and having to add more servers, so let me check and see if we've hit another big growth spurt and whether we need to ramp up more.

                  When I log it sometimes it'll just drop to a blank screen... I even tried different browsers...

                    The public facing sites have generally been quick.

                    Just the consoles that are really slow.

                      I just tried the console on my machine and it is slower than usual. In fact it timed out after I logged in and I had to login again. Let me investigate further and see what's up.

                          Yeah it's been slow, but not as bad as it is today. I can't even get logged in right now.

                              I'm chatting with the guy who supports the online console right now. He said there was a memory leak issue earlier that they'd been doing some work on and that seems to have fixed it for some people. I let him know I was still having trouble and he's investigating further.

                                  I've had Rackspace have the same issue and instead of investigating they were just going to ignore the issue until there was an outage!!

                                      Yep I'm getting that now as well. Guess they're having to taking things offline temporarily while they get it fixed. I'll let you guys know when I hear more.

                                        Ok looks like it's been sorted out finally. I'm able to get in and navigate around my console ok.

                                        If anyone is still not able to get logged in or has any timeouts please let me know. Thanks for being patient while we got this fixed (or at least pretending to be patient :) ).

                                            Well I didn't do anything except bug the folks who manage the servers :)

                                            We still don't have a complete root cause but at least things are working (albeit slowly) in the meantime.
