Does anyone have any recommendations for a good free software based USB cloning solution?

Sorry I should've been more specific.

Same answer, but like anything you have to install the software on Windows instead of it being included. That's just the price that you pay for using Windows.

I used to make windows scripts all the time using WGET. WGET and DD both work great on windows.

If you really feel point and clicky, EaseUS Todo Backup will clone. But as others have said, DD is easiest.
