        I'm unclear what you think that you are asking. You leave out ALL context such as:

        • How much data do they have?
        • How much new data is made every day?

        You are only asking this question, I think, because you are skipping the context. If you had the context of the question - which is necessary for this to even make sense - then you would easily answer your own question. Try filling in the context and see if you don't answer yourself.

          Try answering this... how much petrol will someone use in 2035 to drive to work.

          What did I leave out of the question?

            We cant possibly know. You would know if you know how much your data changes between sync cycles.

            And what do you mean DC and DR?

            Between domain controller and disaster recovery? That doesn't make sense.

              I'm guessing that he meant:

              DC = Primary Data Center
              DR = Secondary Datacenter

              Not sure why he thought that those abbreviations would be clear.

                  You've still not filled in any context. That the Internet is involved isn't a factor. Think about what you are asking - what information is needed to answer this?

                      So for context..... the most important pieces are "how much data is there" and "how much does the data change each day."

                        This is not the kind of thing that one can answer without more information. If you could, I suppose it would just be a chart published somewhere that everyone used.

                          I don't understand what you want to know.
