No, unfortunately at this point, using FreeBSD is an expert-only product family. FreeBSD is an awesome product and lots of experts are available for it. But it is not a good choice for those that are not experts or not looking to become experts. Unlike Linux and Windows which have a pretty low threshold for expertise, FreeBSD is not this way. To do anything beyond the basics requires a lot of knowledge.

in this case i will keep my pfsense VM without xenserver tool, i hope everything would be OK

It only impacts performance and data reporting (and some tools like memory overcommitting.)

for freePBX, i know if i want to get it paravirtualized i should install everything seperatly (centos then asterisk then .....) but i think no need for this headache, i will keep both my VM without xenserver tool, and i hope nothing will go wrong

FreePBX is very problematic for doing that. Elastix is still often used because it can be installed this way (yum install elastix), FreePBX cannot.

I am very surprised, though, that there is a problem getting XS Tools onto CentOS for FreePBX. Is there a thread around that specifically? I feel like there is but might be wrong.

Am in the middle of a move from Panamá to Nicaragua. I will be in Central America through the end of this year and in South America for the first half of next year.

I'll be in Texas for a couple of weeks, heading out again as soon as SpiceWorld is over.

No, will be in Italy, though. So Tunisia is possible as it is so close. Was in Morocco just a few months ago so will not likely be back too soon.
