            Not from the little I know on the subject. They have talked about things like this before. May have affected the timing though. Only they know.

                I think that this is just standard repositioning of a company. It doesn't hide anything or change any litigation or investigations. That stuff carries on as usual. It just makes managing, bookkeeping, selling or whatever much easier for the different business units since each one is quite large and many have very little to do with each other.

                  I would not call it standard, as there are not that many companies that grow into something like this. But nothing here should affect lawsuits at all.
