Anyone here use Shift + Del to permanently delete messages instead of sending them to the trash?

I do this all the time. Unfortunately when I do this in O365 the browser looses the focus and I must click on something in the browser to bring it back.

According to this Shift + Del is a supported function in O365.

If we can't find a solution here, can NTG submit a case to MS through their contacts? You can submit it through my account if you like (dashrender.com)

FYI I'm using Firefox on Windows 8.1 Pro x64 primarily, but Chrome and IE have both had the same issue in the past.

See third post (my second post) for additional information.

Works for me well from MAC, chrome browser. Just tried Shift+Del and got a popup asking for permanent delete

OH, misunderstanding - the delete park works perfectly. The message I'm on is deleted and bypasses the trash...

But what happens after you hit the return key to accept that message? For me nothing - I can't use the arrows to go to the next message, I can't hit Shift + Delete again to delete the next message, etc, it's as I said, I've lost focus on the app and until I click something or probably Alt + Tab, etc I'm stuck.

In Outlook 2013, I can Shift + Del one after the next continuously until I want to stop, Outlook never looses focus and the next message is what is highlighted and ready for me to act upon (with my keyboard) I don't have to reach for my mouse.
