NYS DMV Website Rant

So I'm quite frustrated right now. I'm trying to request a replacement license on the NYS DMV website. Now it tells me I have an account, and I even requested my username by email, which I got. The problem is no matter where I go from, every time I go to log in, it redirects me to the registration page. I've been unable to get to the actual login page! It's driving me nuts because it just will not go to the login page! GAH! I hate crappy coding!
