        Brooke Point High School: Teen Arrested for Planning to Bomb Virginia School, Police Say

        A 15-year-old boy was arrested for planning to bomb the school and "shoot up" students, officials say. The boy was taken into police custody Tuesday night.

          Mitch Daniels: Police Dashcam Video Shows Purdue University President's Traffic Stop

          The video appears to show an officer pursuing Daniels, who failed to stop at a stop sign. The officer caught up with Daniels at his home, but let him off with a warning.

            Interstate 45, Houston: Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle While Attempting to Cross Highway, Police Say

            The driver of an 18-wheeler was able to stop before also hitting the pedestrian Thursday and then used his truck to block traffic while he performed CPR on the victim, news outlets reported.

                Bighorn Mountains: Hunting Outfitters Reportedly Find Large Crack in the Earth in Wyoming

                SNS Outfitter & Guides shared a photo of the gash on their Facebook over the weekend. An engineer told SNS that the crack was caused by a wet spring and is about 750 yards long by 50 yards wide.

                                    Star Trek: New Television Series in Development for CBS All Access

                                    The show, which is being led by "Star Trek" producer Alex Kurtzman, is expected to debut in January 2017 on CBS. After the premiere, the show is set to air exclusively on network's streaming service.

                                      Ku Klux Klan: Anonymous Publishes Names of Members Through Social Media, Report Says

                                      A Twitter account used by Anonymous posted links to phone numbers and emails of alleged members, International Business Times reports. Additional names are expected to be released Nov. 5. As expected, large numbers of KKK members are public officials and police officers.

                                            He did Vietnam-era satellite work too. None of the exciting stuff, all basic electrical work. He was an EE back then.
