Elastix Call Center Module

i am using Elastix 2.5 and i have a problem in the call center module as the Agent is logged into the Agent Console but an error will be appeared while taking a break
the Error is ( Error while starting break - Unable to start break - 500 - Unable to start agent break )
so what is the Fault of the configuration ?

Sorry, but I do not use the call center module anywhere. Hopefully another user will have a helpful answer.

I don't use the call center module either (and am on Elastix 2.4). Do you know if the call center module has its own log, or have you tried tailing the asterisk logs?
