French Television Network Exposes Own Passwords On Television

Consider it penance for using SECAM when the rest of the west was using PAL (or NTSC)
-
I heard from people I know if France that this is all over the news there. Not surprisingly.
-
hahaha, or as the french say hon hon hon hon hon!
PS my wife is french (so I make this joke a lot)
-
Or as the Spanish say, jajajaja

When I dated a Catalonian girl years ago I used to send her emails from work with that in it. It was hard to mock laugh like that in voice though, much easier with French.

In English say yayayayaya
-
@scottalanmiller Oh I did that and also primarily like cha cha cha cha, but it doesn't have the same level of effect that "hon hon hon hon" has and usually she didn't even know what I was trying to do, where as my wife now knows exactly what I'm doing, and it's important to have all insults be apparent I think

Not surprising. The Local NBC affiliate uses the same admin login for all server and desktops. The password is known by most people around there and they commonly get into their servers to make last minute changes. It's what happens when you outsource IT but have a local minion who knows nothing about IT to do the on site stuff.

Oh wow, that is a serious screwup.
-
Umm...wow...just wow....
