Cloudatcost console

So I won a cloudatcost dev1 server... Honestly I did not take too much time to look into this and hopefully there is a simple fix. While I'm at my server panel I click console and get a popup that says failed to connect to console. I restarted the machine, ran a network test and everything came back as failed.
Anyone ever run into this before?

It sounds like the build failed. You may want to try and rebuild it to see if that resolves it. This has been mentioned in a couple of threads recently.

Re-image the instance.

The console sometimes fails too. Close the window and reopen it.
