        I've used it in the past for college courses, but haven't really touched it since then. I've been trying to do a lot of the admin tasks via the bash shell on Linux so that I learn how to do it.

            I've been using it for probably... hmmm... 18 years on and off. It's decent, yes. But, it can also get you in trouble sometimes if it's working on wrong configuration files, etc.

              So you are just checking it out now or are pretty serious about it 😉

                Not a Webmin guy myself. The idea is good, but once you know the command line that is often faster, lighter and easier. If you only work on a handful of Linux systems Webmin can be really great. If you work on hundreds all the time, it just gets in the way.

                  It's great. You just have to be careful if you're trying to edit configuration files manually AND use webmin. You might experience unexpected results.

                    cPanel for most of our clients server but personally a webmin fan. Mainly because I can mange csf firewall from the web interface adding it to webmin.
