Ok sure, but this conversation doesn't need to happen with the end user. Unless the end user is the guy approving the spend.

Ok sure, but this conversation doesn't need to happen with the end user. Unless the end user is the guy approving the spend.
If you deal with managers you need to talk finance. If you deal with users you need to speak user.
