Yes, see the thread where their website is gone outside of the US in a spectacular fashion that looks like they went out of business for sure and a week of reaching out to them here, and through all three channels that they publicly provide asking if they are still in business with no answer.

I never used anything from them, but the company I work for has used E2 in the past. I just figured it was a small time operation because that's what our ERP system is now.

I've heard from old customers that they seemed to be teetering on the brink of collapse even when things were good. So no surprise if they did go out of business.
