I've seen that video before
Its fairly common for sharks to eat other fish while they're hooked, but sharks getting eaten by other fish....not so much

Grouper are crazy. They get so big down in Florida. I've heard of them accidentally taking off a diver's arm because they did not realize what they were eating at the time.
