@hobbit666 Sorry to hear that. My son started having seizures while in college. Thankfully he has remained seizure free for several years once they worked out the correct medicine combination.

@danp Yeah that's what i'm thinking hopefully once i'm on the right stuff should be OK.
Just a drag not being able to drive since the wife can't at the moment either -
@hobbit666 Not aware of the UK laws. Over here, it varies state by state on the need to report these medical issues to the DMV. In my son's case, he never lost his license but he did cease driving for a significant period of time.
I know someone else that went on medication and kept driving.

@danp All the DVLA say is you need to be 6 to 12 months clear of fits/seizures before you can drive again. So something I need to ask when I go next week to see the Docs
