Not many kids with Internet in 1995. Only select colleges had it. At home it was quite rare. Those were the earliest days of broadly available dialup.

My friends family got broadband first in the 90's then I convinced my parents to get it in the home.
My dad was a pioneer at his job. He wanted more websites and more things public facing, got lots of push back but in the end he won and it greatly helped the company. -
Mango addiction is getting bad. I'm keeping it open while gaming.
