Plantronics C054: Splitter needed

I have an older Plantronics Wireless Headset, which has some static on the hand set. The headset is fine audio wise, so it's not withing the headset.
It appears that the splitter is going bad and is need of replacing. However I can not seem to locate it on Plantronics site, or any other parts house.
Does anyone have any suggestions I may not have thought of as of yet?

Well it looks like it is just a matter of getting someone with Plantronics -
It is the Telephone Interface Cable and one is on the way - no charge.
Plantronics is the Business Standard - why they are so well respected.

Sorry...I just got to NY a couple hours ago...as of this writing, I've been awake for a little over 51 consecutive hours...since 9:50 AM CST Tuesday I've been awake with ZERO sleep...
