This is the second time this client has had issues with Google Chrome. PC is only 2 months old and has already had Chrome uninstalled and reinstalled. I think her account with Google might have been hacked as extra users show up. We have a moonbeam user set as current (not the client's account) and the users head shows up on the top left of the browser where the incognito dude would be. At the moment, the browser doesn't show her logged in, but I believe she is normally logged into Chrome.

I am attempting remote support but Take Control isn't working and Join.me just stopped responding after opening the Task Manager.

If I remember correctly she can log into Gmail and revoke the authentication token to all of her chrome sessions. Then she would need to change her password and ensure that her recovery settings are linked to her and not someone else. Then login to chrome again.

I agree, she needs to get her password changes straight away?

Thanks @coliver, making arrangements to be onsite since Take Control says Teamview isn't running and Join.me sessions have failed me twice when opening Task Manager or Control panel.

I ended up changing the users Chrome password. I also recommended that she change all passwords. She had just started using LastPass and was adding sites as she went. Now she knows how to use the random password generator and is changing all passwords.
