Policy is that sponsors are not given any preferential treatment. But there are a lot of community mods who take a strong "never say bad things about a sponsor" approach which, in turn, makes people really upset with the vendors. It does exactly the opposite of what is intended. It's the price of having public moderators without training or strict guidelines and oversight.

Seriously! Thankfully we have communities like this to find out when things like this happen. In other conventions this would have gone completely unnoticed and there would have been no recourse.

@thecreativeone91 She already gave up her laptop to @FiyaFly in anticipation of switching to this one. We used several Yoga 2 units when prepping for SpiceCorps KC last year. They were really nice. Great size, great features. She was pretty excited to be getting one.
