      Has anyone used these kinds of cables? I stumbled upon them in a spread in CIO magazine the other day and thought I should get some to help clean up our telco and server rooms at some point.

        Interesting concept,.. but something you can easily do after a trip to ACE Hardware, LOWEs or Home Depot..

          I'd use velcro instead.

            Good point. If you had to remove just one cable you're in for a bit of work to pull it out of the spiral stuff.

                but buying something pre-packaged can save time. The cost/benefit would be different for each situation.

                  They look impressive but my guess is that nearly always the cost and complexity would offset any gains.
