Headset for in office use - music and calls autoswitching
-
I have a user requesting a headset that can connect to their phone Fanvil X5U (has BT) AND their cellphone/computer via BT.
They want to be able to listen to music, but that's muted when a phone call comes in.
Anyone know anything that does this?

I found the Poly Voyager 4220 Office claims to do just what I want, but they sell this headset in 30 different combinations, so I can't tell which does what I need?
A new addition to the options is the Poly (Plantronics) Voyager 4220 office. This is the most versatile headset that allows you to be used with your desk phone and computer and it’s also Bluetooth (version 5.0) for you to use with your smart phone. It’s a bin-aural headset that covers both ears with large soft leatherette ear cushions. It has a 300 feet wireless range away from your desk-phone or computer. Hi-fi Stereo sound to listen to music or any Bluetooth media player when you’re not on the phone. 12 hours of talk time along with 13 days of standby battery time. Super lightweight (only 150g) and it has Amazon Alexa and Tile support. Built-in busy light alerts the others around you, you’re on a live call. All these features makes it a very respectful option on a wireless headset for being used not only with your desk phone, but with your computer as well.

AND, it'll connect to the PC for Audio/Mic.
