      A month ago it was the air conditioning unit dying in our house in Texas. That just died and had to be replaced immediately. No options there.

      The the stove in our Texas house died. Working on getting that replaced now.

      Today the dryer in our New York house died. It spins but there is no heat. So shopping for another one of those.

      AARRGGHH!!

        That dryer thing happened to me once, I replaced the high heat sensor, fixed it right up.
