How do I move contacts between accounts on iOS

I was hoping for a simple way, but I do not see one. Google seems to point to a sync app. but I only want specific contacts. not a full sync.
Does anyone have a suggestion for how to move selected contacts from Exchange to iCloud only using an iPhone?
I have a tech at a client that screwed all kinds of stuff up.
