What is the best choice in 2020 for a Disk to VHDX solution?

I'm actually using disk2vhd to do a conversion now
I've also heard good things about Starwinds v2v converter which will also do p2v.

Disk2vhd or use vmwares conversion tool.

I already had Disk2vhd downloaded. I posted while CloneZilla was making an image of the entire disk.
The
vhdxis made. Now just to wait for the thing to upload to the server and test it out.
