Dropbox Offers 1TB for just $10

In an apparent bid to compete with OneDrive for Business which is the same capacity at a similar price (but bundled in with other Office 365 plans) Dropbox is now offering 1TB of Cloud Storage for just $10.
Hopefully this is not a report. Did not see anyone else posting this today.

I saw Lee post that on SW today but didn't see it here. Seems a necessity as their prices were too high compared to others in the field. They can only get so far on their good name - and a lot of people don't think that it is all that good. Their reputation hasn't been the best. Their product works pretty well, though. But now with ownCloud being so good, we don't need to look at stuff like that anymore. ownCloud is awesome.

It's a good price but when you think about how cheap it is to get Office 365 loaded with other features and the same amount of storage, I'm not sure that it often would make sense.

For straight storage though, that's pretty dang cheap.

Pretty much they were just overpriced before. They just adjusted here. It is a good price but nothing amazing.
