I have a user who's files won't sync. The sync manager says there are no errors, but when I look at the offline file cache, I see files listed as Offline (need to sync)

The Windows Explorer status bar says Files are in conflict

In the taskbar - again shows conflict

Any thoughts why these won't sync?

I don't even bother to try anymore.

        • Make a copy outside of sync location.
        • delete form sync location and hidden sync location
        • make sure folder in solid sync
        • put file back

Yeah. I have more stories of tears and gnashing of teeth than stories of success with Offline Files sync.

            Yup. Don't mess with it.

Drop a copy of the files in question into a \Temp folder then delete from the local and redirected folder, sync, and finally put it back into the local folder. Then sync again.
