Media Center XBMC is Now Kodi

XBMC has been a popular media center system for years. Now to clear up confusion they have changed their name to Kodi.

I always found the XBMC name to be really confusing. It stands for XBox but XBMC isn't used on an XBox, normally. It's not even Windows based or a Microsoft product.

It was originally a hack for Xbox. But, it does run on Windows, Linux, Mac, Apple TV (old versions), Android and some ARM linux distros.

I have been using XBMC on a dell PC for about 2 years now. I love it I would say it was a pain to setup but now that it is I use it daily.
