The version of ONLYOFFICE collaboration platform (Community Server) has been released. ONLYOFFICE Community Server features DMS, project management tools, CRM, mail, calendar and a platform for building corporate networks.
- Two-factor authentication via an authenticator app,
- New access rights - users can share docs for commenting and filling forms,
- Integrated media player to play audio and video files directly in the cloud,
- Folders and filters in Mail,
- Report generation in projects,
- Redesigned calendar with To-do feature.
Also in the Enterprise version:
- Full-text search within docs and emails,
- Improved LDAP with auto sync of users on schedule and extended attribute mapping.
