This is a very minimal connection secured by IP restrictions in the firewall.
My PBX side:
Obviously you need it on both sides. Here is the other side of that connection.
Client PBX side
General Tab.
Nothing on the Manipulation rules.

Then you need an outbound route to pick up the dialed digits.
The client extensions are 5000-5499. This Dial pattern matches that.
Then make a reverse pattern on the other side.
Our extensions are 100-199
