I setup ldap but synced way to many users. Is there a way to mass delete users with a snap install?

You should be able to connect to the database the same as with a normal install. But no matter how you installed RocketChat, I think you are stuck doing a manual edit in the database. Not a great system.

            Under /var/lib/snapd/snap/rocketchat-server/current/bin/

But what you want to do I assume is use Compass and just attach to it remotely. It's on port 27017 as usual.
