Awesome, thanks.

For clarification - our unpublished rates are not exclusively for Resellers, they're available for anyone who calls in. You just need to give us your last month's invoice or account statement for us to review your pricing.
We (you and I) just had a conversation about this and there should be some clarification because this statement led to some of the confusion. A last month's invoice would be the standard practice, but doesn't make sense for everyone. For people like MSPs (non-reseller MSPs, that is) this doesn't work. They should call in and explain that they are a non-reseller who represents the interest of customers, but isn't reselling and won't have phone bills to show. They can get "relationship pricing" too.

@scottalanmiller This thread needs tags.

Who is the dumb ass that forgot to use tags!

So where does this stand?
I get that at least they are better than many vendors out there - those that don't provide any online pricing at all... but how much better are they really? They still require at minimum a conversation, though likely more like a conversation or 3, plus copies of the current bills from a customer of ours we would consider moving to them?

It has a lot, though. Which ones do you want added?

They do, they have public pricing for consumers. It's low, but not the lowest.
If you call them, though, you will get far better pricing that isn't public. And they have complex reasons as to why they want it to have to be that way.
And yes, the prices are REALLY LOW.

Copies of bills is what they state publicly will be needed. If you are a reseller, or an MSP, or a real IT pro capable of explaining your situation, they don't need bills.

... but not as low as twilio or voip.ms?

Who do publish their low prices.

WAY lower.

Not even in the ballpark, though.

Twilio is lower than VoIP.ms.
And the rates stated before are lower than Twilio, supposedly.
But SIP trunking is already a real low margin game.
Someone coming in significantly lower than existing known pricing makes me very skeptical.

I'm still not happy with company and their methods. They obviously converted @scottalanmiller by paying him off (advertising here).

They started advertising here after we had already gotten pricing and started to move over to them. They had reached out to talk after I had long conversations with @FATeknollogee and @markjcrane about them and why I should give them a chance.

Not according to the published prices. They are both .0085 to receive, but voip.ms is .01 to send and Twilio is .013.
I'm sure you can get lower with Twilio, but it looks like you have to go to unpublished prices to do it.
