Outlook 2016 disconnected after waking from sleep

My users who's computer goes to sleep, their Outlook will remain disconnected until they close Outlook and reopen it.
Anyone else seen this?

Maybe a few times but randomly. Is the user connected via wireless by any chance?

Yes they are, though all other network functions work as expected.

I found a post where someone blamed the way chrome uses BITS for updates.
They claimed that removing chrome, then resetting BITS would solve it.
I didn’t have time to test before my trip.
