Windows 10 / Fedora: Repair Dual boot

So, Fedora is still there,.. just Windows was kind and thoughtful enough to bork the boot record.
So this is here so I can find it later, and replicate if needed.

I may be missing something, but their instructions seem to be ... confused. Downloaded SuperGrup2, but it's not an ISO file.
