Facebook Caught Scraping Call and Text Data from Android Users
-
Colour us not surprised, but Facebook is in the news again, this time for accessing private non-Facebook data on Android devices and harvesting that scraped data.

Wow, the hits keep coming. I feel sorry for all the people that work for facebook if this gets any worse. I did find it strange that I had to remove Ireland from from our block by region firewall list. Totally shut down Facebook. I wonder if they take advantage of the low tax rate somehow by doing that. Hmmm?

Facebook, like nearly all tech companies, have big offices in Dublin. Dublin is the EU's silicon valley.

Good a reason as any.
