PMP (is too short a title, so I'm adding this text)

Have any of you gotten a PMP certification? If so do you have any estimate of how long it took you to prep for it? Has it been worth the investment?

PMP is not an IT field, I'm trained in project management and have been offered senior positions, but have no PMP.

@kelly had I stayed on with AT&T I would have gotten it, but It was never something I wanted.

The PiMP certification I have is worthwhile, but that's a different animal than PMP...
