              1. DLINK is is a Taiwanese multinational networking equipment manufacturing corporation, perhaps they do the network logic

              2. why the hell did they choose that password, if they made long complex password, no one would be able to crack it.

                Wow, and here I don't touch My Cloud devices since I tore apart the first one I had because it was so stinking slow. Guess I'm glad I turned it into a standard internal drive!

                  Just read elsewhere that this was resolved back in November with a fireware upgrade. Need to determine how to check if my device is vulnerable.
