      @wrx7m I don't have any Windows 10 specific GPO stuff.

      I always install current, never LTSB. Maybe you have a business reason for LTSB to make sense, but no one but your organization can know that.

        I'm with Jared. Current unless you have a strong reason to be on the lagging release.

          Thanks, @JaredBusch @scottalanmiller - I don't have a specific reason for LTSB, I wanted to make sure I didn't overlook something.

            If you have to migrate users desktops, download the User State Migration Tools (USMT) and find a tutorial on scanstate and loadstate. You can keep it really simple, or get pretty involved depending on your needs.

                @wrx7m

                Make sure you update your Central Store with the latest Windows 10 1703 administrative templates.

                    Why Windows 10 Enterprise? Is there a feature there you need? Lots of expense there.

                        Oh? What's changed?

                        I know Enterprise used to be part of Software Assurance, but they broke that out a while ago. Enterprise can be purchased directly through VLK as a one time purchase, subscription not required.

                        That said - I had Win 7 and Win 8(.1) throughout my organization. Moving to Windows 10 was free, and the one VLK SA license I had for a previous Windows Pro machine granted me access to the Pro media so I could use images to roll it out.

                        So I'm curious, had you purchased Enterprise previously? or carried SA on all licenses before the SA/Enterprise split (and get grandfathered into getting both licenses?)

                        Or are there new licensing setup I'm unaware of?
