 @ambarishrh it is a one time cost and you get upgrades for a year. If you wish to continue getting upgrades, you have to renew. Renewal is 20% of full price when done yearly.

 Having used ScreenConnect or now ConnectWise Control for the last two years, it's been easy to use and manage. You can set up different levels of security, groups - which could be different companies or different departments - it has some good features. Support has been great - every time I have asked, for something, they have been right on it.

 Screen connect is great. I used to use Kaseya, and I like Screen connect much better. I just find it to be a smoother experience.

What fits best for your organization? The hosted solution may be more expensive in the long run but it may fit your organization better.

No, the base on prem package is 3 techs with 10 simultaneous sessions open each.
