Now that I am at home it is loading. I was at the park district on their WiFi. So seems to be a problem with the SSL MitM that they are obviously doing.

If it has been in a glass bottle with a lid, it's still good. Recently got a very old bottle of rum (probably 30+ years old) from my gf's grandparents when they cleaned out their liquor cabinet.
