California defies the FCC and approves Net Neutrality Law
The Montana and New York executive orders focus exclusively on the purchasing requirements for state agencies instead of imposing requirements directly on ISPs. The California bill is a more direct challenge to the FCC's preemption order because it requires all ISPs to follow net neutrality rules regardless of whether they provide Internet service to state agencies.

I don't know much about it. But there are plenty of ways to get pets besides the horrible puppy mills.

I don't know much about it. But there are plenty of ways to get pets besides the horrible puppy mills.
I can agree that most puppy mills are horrible. I can also say I know a few people who breed dogs, and don't treat their pets like trash, only to produce more trash.
I understand, just curious what the plan is for the future. (purebreeds = inbred) so I would never get a purebred animal of any kind.

They have more than a few pairs of dogs, hence I'd call it "when working" a puppy mill. But the dogs live with the family etc.

I'm guessing this law is for the slovenly, those who have their breeding pairs in horrible living conditions, and solely look at the animals as means to income.
But then again, look at chicken farms these days.. birds in small cages they can barely turn around in.. ug.
