Fedora does that out of the box  That's not a RedHat thing? I know I've played with installs of CentOS via a redirect across a wire. No. Only Fedora. Cockpit is not out of the box on RHEL. But is on Fedora.

It's definitely there in a stock install. You had to modify it in some way to remove it.

 Have you checked the Cockpit port to be sure it isn't there?

 I've not used a Fedora Desktop in ~20 versions. No idea what it changes.

 @travisdh1 you must have installed something. I'm not even sure what repo Cockpit is in for RHEL.

Korora but can't remember using Fedora desktops in a long time. Maybe in a lab demo?

And the article points out that this is pretty much unprecedented for such a major release to have to be pulled back.
