I like Death in Paradise a bit. Just getting into it, maybe four episodes now, but it is well done. I like Ben Miller, he was good in another quirky British show that we used to watch. DiP has an interesting take on a traditional British formula.

The setting is amazing, the acting is something else entirely. I haven't felt like someone was off cue or that they were in front of a green screen yet in the season. Top notch for a science fiction series.

The setting is amazing, the acting is something else entirely. I haven't felt like someone was off cue or that they were in front of a green screen yet in the season. Top notch for a science fiction series.

You misunderstood. I haven't seen a point in the first 5 episodes where the actors weren't on point. The only problem I have seems to be the personality disconnect between Kovacs prime (when he was on Harlan's World) and Kovacs when he was on Earth. Granted it's been 250 years so that may be part of it.

I saw that too. Can't tell what was intentional or not.
