Nope. It was pretty easy. A CM deleted a post, and I disagreed with him, and at the end of the discussion, when I said I'd leave if not treated better, he indicated that wouldn't be a problem, and he did it with an alarming quickness. It's that last bit, where it was so fast, that made me realize how much value they place on their core users today. Ergo, I'm not a core user.
I still wear the shirts and polos. Those are some quality cotton threads and clothes can be expensive. Of course, if there were a trade-in program to get Manglolassi or other brands, and they had equal quality, I'd jump at that.

If you are a business and don't pay your bills, it means that your customers have to wonder if you can pay your bills. That's not something you do trivially because whether it is reality or not, it means that your customers start to wonder. It's a sign that something is very, very wrong and the most common cause is that the business is on the brink. It's an SMB, the average SMB is on the brink of insolvency at nearly all times - most go out of business in the first few years. SMBs that can't pay their bills are, most often, unable to do so. This is reality. Does one mean the other, no, that's why I didn't say that. Is it a strong indicator that that is the case? Absolutely. In the SMB world, it's a very strong indicator.

It's the exact method as any business uses in case of non payment.I can't even think of a precedent because it's kind of like a custom

I wanted to drop everyone a quick update. The case is still pending the initial hearing. We are really in a holding patter until then. We still need more funds for the legal battle. That is about all I can really say at the moment since everything is still pending.

Um, of course, and the service included the storage of it. Sounds like the sheriff's office just stated why it was proper to dispose of the data.

Sounds like, from the article, that Karic did nothing to validate the claims and arrested without even attempting to verify evidence? But from Karic's own statements, even if there was evidence, it would not matter as the storage was the service and they didn't pay so there was no need to continue the service.
We'd need Karic's own versions to know, but MSP Mentor paints a pretty solid picture of corruption and crime in Forsythe County's sheriff's office. I bet we would find someone in the sheriff's office related to someone making money at the Chamber of Commerce.

That's how these things work. No need to have a real case, drive a business out of business using the legal system as a weapon. No due process, no need to even go to court.
