If they were laser beams, Chile would zap itself. 😄

Wow, that's definitely surprising. Morocco is the second largest "Direct sight Ocean Neighbour" to the US. The amount of South America below New Zealand, considering how cold the very south of NZ is. Great visual.

That Japan borders so much is confusing and that the Koreas do not border at all throws you off.

I think Korea is sandwiched between China and Japan. Didn't throw me off at all. 😛

What always surprises me is how far north Britain actually is. I'm really not looking forward to the Gulf Stream being turned off <shivers>

It's really nice. The wine is amazing. We will have a podcast about Lisbon soon.

The zoo in Lisbon is excellent.

Thought that it went farther south than japan.

So far north! The sunlight in the UK is dramatically different than in NY. You really notice.

I'm always amazed by how far south the US east coast is. The west coast is skewed up so much from us.

And how far west NA is over SA. New York sits directly over Santiago and 90% of the US is north of open ocean.

A map of where cities line up would be nice too.

And it would be nice if it showed Scotland instead of UK.

There are a bunch of island nations, like Kiribati, missing from this map. And Hawaii is missing too!
