@gjacobse yeah... adjustable desk cost a fortune!
that could be an idea if it was 30 inches wide to hold 2 monitors.

-
OK maybe ugly, but it does support dual monitors and costs just over $500

Some people here use the varidesk solution that was pictured. Apparently, it's pretty good.

I tested it out at a store seemed pretty nice.
-

-
@Dashrender I put my laptop where most people put their keyboard. I like the setup.
-
@lance I like that setup... but fix your post so the image comes back, lol.
-
@dafyre There we go. lol.

-
@Dashrender I believe a little ol lady would be able to convert it.

That's a great find. I might do this at home actually.

OK no approval yet on a converting desk, but do have approval to get an adjustable monitor stand for someone.

Before I got th emonitor shelf I currently have On my desk, I used the D& 4th edition books for a similar purpose. Was the only good use those books ever had.

huh - so that single connection point to the desk feels sturdy enough with 3 monitors hanging off it?

Yup it is VERY sturdy! It has 2 motors and raise and lower it and can hold 300#
-
We have about 5 people here that use the varidesk thigns. They are quite nice. At my old job we had some users who had motorized desks, the entire thing would raise and lower at the touch of a switch. Quite expensive to install. But they were a kit so would work with just about any of the cube style desks that are built in sections.

I think he was talking about the monitor stand.
