Well I don't answer the phone must any more either, but I just get the emails, which are just as bad.
-
Just tell him you changed your number and give him the number for the rejection hotline.

I get tons of calls and emails from them. Kinda dulls their image... I know they have a good set of services, but the overzealous sales staff makes me not want to give them money.
-
@RojoLoco They did it to me too, once I asked them to stop it moved to my boss. Only found out as we were chatting over coffee.
Top marks for the sales department, but omfg plz stop
-
I have a feeling that the official response will be like "of course we don't want to harass our potential customers, I'll look into making this stop, blah blah blah..." but the the actual folks running the sales team will keep pushing ridiculous numbers which is what forces the overeager sales techniques in the first place.
...just like vendors do on SW all the time.

That is what your spam filter is for...

@Dashrender You can always ask us to get off the list and we honor those requests right away! Warm regards, [email protected]

I asked them to back off and they did, so I have an opposite experience than some people here.
I actually want to use the product, so I asked them to contact me here and there, but it's not an annoying level at all.
One day I just have to pull the trigger...

I'm in this boat. I have no need for their services, but I am trying to convince a client that they need it. I spoke with @stus at Spiceworld and signed up for their mailing list.
I have never been annoyed by a sales person from KnowBe4.
-
Contrast that to SimpliSafe, who e-mails me almost every day now!
(Though I'll probably still buy their alarm.)

Every time I get those emails, they end up in my spam filter or junk folder, so I'm a bit leery about clicking the unsubscribe link.

How do we get the sales calls to stop? After getting screened to voicemail 3 dozen times then being told "we're not interested" doesn't do the trick. Or do I need to individually tell everyone on the entire sales team "we're not interested"?

One of their sales people even found me on social media after her phone calls and emails went unanswered for months. She then proceeded to contact me on social media platforms like that was going to work. I even emailed her and said not interested and she just kept hounding me. I think she finally gave up, but for all I know she is still trying to call my old job, and contact my old email.

Confirmation that the email is monitored... I get you.
