osTicket 1.10

I really like how easy it is to make Organizations and Users. We have really good control over who can submit tickets, log in to the web interface, and how they are grouped. It's simple, but easy. We are used to SW where that was possible but a huge pain and any mistake caused things to break.

There are a number of per user settings for agents.
Is the above posting the guide you speak of?
That's just a screen shot of my system here in the reviews. The guide has full install instructions.

I was going to ask how it works for having multiple clients like you guys.

Yeah, natively designed for multiple clients or departments. It's very good for that.

Wow, that's awesome. So cool how often we see people from open source projects stop by and get involved! Thanks for joining it.

Thanks @scottalanmiller I appreciate the welcome.

Logs are really easy to deal with.

I gotta say, this looks pretty slick. Testing my own install of it now.

How's the interface for mobile?
Tiny
It's not so bad if you have a decent sized phone and don't mind tilting it landscape. I configured mine while waiting on my kid to finish falling asleep, lol.

Hey all,
I'm also new here (referred by ntozier via osTicket forums). I'm the developer for the Reports Plugin (the new and improved reporting module for osTicket 1.10). I just wanted to drop in and say hello as well, I'll likely be lurking around anything osTicket related or anything else that catches my fancy while I'm scrolling through.
Thanks,
Scott -
