I'd say Mint + KDE is the best desktop interface going today. Of course you all already know I think that!

Only on a few that have had software paved and reinstalled. The upgrade path doesn't seem to replace the default desktop.

I have duel boot on my little laptop with KDE as the default for both Fedora and Mint, really like it.

Neon is a version of KDE, not a desktop. Mint is a distro.
