I want a page of server addresses, click on one, mstsc.exe launches and you log in. -

I don’t/can’t access GPO. The state has every aspect of MS server and ADUC split into different groups. And considering the 40 Agencies and such,.. its way way to split up. There are thousands of groups per Agencies.

So you're breaking the rules by making scripts then... shadow IT inside IT... nice!

All this does is take the 12 batch files(cmd) and put them into one....
